The support I feel from my supervisor and the upper management is unlike any other position I’ve ever held previously. My manager is patient, intelligent, kind and willing to help me succeed in any way possible. They are protective of my time and make sure that I am able to have a life outside of the office, which is unheard of in the staffing industry.
